Juliya Fortuna, PA-C

About me

Juliya Fortuna, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She brings over five years of experience in providing patient-centered, evidence-based care in inpatient settings. Her focus is on delivering excellent patient care while building strong relationships with all members of the care team.

Juliya joins Pulmonary Associates of Lancaster following experience at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Mission Sleep Center and Asheville Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates in Asheville, North Carolina.

Originally from Lancaster County, her parents immigrated from Russia in 1989 and she grew up in a large family. She’s excited to be back in the area after living in Philadelphia and Asheville, NC. Juliya lives in Lancaster with her spouse and two mutts.

Outside of work, Juliya is an avid biker, reader, gardener, and enjoys home projects. She also enjoys camping and spending time outdoors, especially in the woods or at the beach. On her travel bucket list is to travel to every state in the US.
