We want every visit with our office to be an excellent experience! Arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment will allow us to have you ready to see your physician at your scheduled appointment time. Our automated wait time board will advise you of your physician’s status upon your arrival. We make every effort to run on time. You will receive a telephone reminder two days prior to your scheduled appointment. You should expect to spend an hour at our office for your first visit.
For the convenience of our patients requiring oxygen, oxygen is available in the waiting room as well as in the exam rooms for use during your scheduled appointment.
You will need the following information at every visit:
- Your current medication list including inhalers and nebulizers
- Current insurance card(s)
- A photo ID
- Your insurance co-payment
In order to properly treat your condition, we will need to view any X-Rays or CT Scans you had prior to your visit. If these studies were done at a Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine facility, your films are already available in our electronic record. If these studies were done at any other facility, you will need to secure these films on a CD (computer disk) and bring them with you to your visit. If your films are not available, you may have to reschedule.
We will attempt to accommodate you if you arrive late. However, if you are late, you may be asked to reschedule your visit.
