Parking is provided free of charge in the Lancaster General Downtown Pavilion Parking Garage. After turning right off Duke Street, follow the drive past the building and proceed into the gated parking lot. There is no ticket required. The gate will open when you pull in. Park anywhere on the ground floor and proceed across the alley into the Downtown Pavilion. Take the second set of elevators to the second floor.
Wheelchairs are available on the ground floor of the building for patients needing assistance. However, there is no patient valet parking.
